Managment Team

The management team comprises of President, Cosford Roberts, and Business Development Director, Yvonne Roberts.

Mr. Cosford Roberts, President, is an experienced executive with over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management, Program Management, Strategic Planning, Social Development, Energy Management, and Public Relations and Communications. He is a strong and decisive executive with expertise in human resource functions including Strategic Management, Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee and Labor Relations. His international experience includes assignments in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. He worked on projects sponsored by international organizations such as International Monetary Fund (IMF), Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). He is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), a Toastmaster, Maryland Legacy Leader, and is actively involved in community development initiatives.He has a degree in Business Administration.

Mrs. Yvonne Roberts, IT Director is an experienced professional with 12 year experience in Software Development, Project Management, Business Analysis, Data Modeling, Database Design, Data Quality Management and ERP Implementation. She has worked for organizations such as Macro International, and Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) and has worked on enhancing the Homestead Module of the Integrated Tax System (ITS) of the Office of Tax and Revenue of the District of Columbia (DC OTR);  Improving the Real Property Tax Administration (RPTA)  business processes at the Office of Tax and Revenue of the District of Colimbia; LEA Grant Management System at District of Columbia Public Schools; and MPACII Grant Management Systems at the National Institute of Health. In software development she researches the current trend, principles, technologies, techniques and methodologies and applies the knowledge gain to improve the quality of the processes, deliverables and system documents. She has a bachelor degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing an MBA in the Management of Science, Technology and Innovation.
