Board of Directors

The Board of Directors comprises of  the President, Business Development Director  and Directors Aldith McIntosh, Michael Blake, and Claudette Boyle-Carter.

Ms. Aldith McIntosh is an experienced professional with 12 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing and Operations Management. She has worked for Investment and Mortgage Banks, and for accounting firms such as Price Waterhouse Coopers. She has a degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Manchester and Wales, UK.

Mr. Michael Blake is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years experience in Accounting, Auditing and Project Management. He has worked on contracts such as the Federal Management Systems at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and at the New York City Department of Finance, Bureau of Tax Collection. He has a degree in Business Administration.

Mrs. Claudette Boyle-Carter, Healthcare Director is a Senior Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience in providing, documenting, delegating and coordinating patient care; including assessment, medication administration, and treatments.
